For me they're: Layne Staley - man in the box - Bb4 Ian gillan - child time - A5 Ted neeley - Gethsemane (1993) - G5 (most powerful one I've ever heard!) Eddie Vedder - Love reign oer me (the who) - D5 James Labrie - Learning to live - F#5 Jeff Buckley - Grace - E5 - G5 And of course pretty much any high note from Maynard James Keenan, IMO he's got the most powerful upper forth octave notes I've ever heard
